The hardness of forging is similar to that of high manganese steel hammer; alloy steel is 1.2-1.5 times stronger; high chromium (Cr20-28) has high hardness (HRC58-64), good wear resistance, but poor toughness and easy to break; inlaid (high The manganese steel inserts the circle, the square shape alloy rod) is not satisfactory. 2. Learn to understand and observe the principle and performance of the hammer head of the crusher; use it correctly and treat it dialectically.
1. The hammer should be used early. *Use 1/3 of the cross section of the hitting part of the hammer once, and use 2/3 of the back side. In this way, it can prevent the hammer from wearing over half of the hammer from producing sharp angles and easily breaking; it can also make the striking angle of the wear surface and the material as close as possible to perpendicular, changing friction wear (heavy wear) to blow wear (light).

5. The hammer head rushes forward and the material moves backward. The water component squeezes the material to both sides of the crushing cavity. This causes the hammer heads at both ends to wear out more severely than the middle hammer head, and at the same time accelerates the wear of the side guards. Therefore, it is necessary to use the hammer cushion ring to install the side hammer as far as possible.
6. The adjustment of the size and shape of the sieve hole is also exquisite, and it should be combined with the crystal structure of the material ores; the non-sieve plate leaks faster than the sieve plate, the long sieve hole leaks faster than the square hole, and the square hole sieve plate is faster than the square hole.
